if you're planning to enjoy them in the next 3-5 days, place the croissants (in their bags) in the freezer.
if you're planning to enjoy them within a day or two, remove them from their bags and place onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. cover the baking sheet with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator. do not leave them in the refrigerator longer than 2 days or the yeast will begin to expire.

we use fresh ingredients and make fresh croissants daily. when you receive yours, they have been made fresh from our kitchen to yours.
